Performance and Information Analyst needed!!My client is currently looking for an experienced Performance and Analyst with excellent communication skills to work in a NHS organisation for a 6 month contract in London.
Successful Candidates will have:
- Strong NHS experience (Commissioning or Acute)
- Activity and planning experience
- Understanding the reporting structure within the NHS
- Excellent Excel skills
- Data analysis experience
- Strong understanding of NHS language/abbreviations
- Performance experience
- Ability to work independently/strong communication skills
In addition, knowledge of dashboards, board reports and working to KPI's is key. The level of the report has to be to a high enough standard to be presented to the chief executive and other senior board members.
The individual would support the activity-planning process with the Divisions/ directorates and, more broadly, the activity used in the contract negotiations. They would also support the Annual Plan process for Monitor from an activity perspective. It is vital that the ideal candidate will be able to create different means of data in various formats where requested to a high standard.
