My client, based in the South of the UK, are a leading global holding company who own some of the biggest names in the electrical, kitchen appliances and pet care industries with a huge turnover of over £3billion net.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multinational organisation that are growing their UK and Europe presence substantially and have huge growth plans for the next 3 years. This means you will be working very closely with the VP of R&D to obtain this growth - and will be a key figure in obtaining this.

The Role Function includes:

• Lead an innovation program working closely with the commercial team
• Working on all aspects of the life cycle from design and deliverance - also leading the technical team in order to obtain successful results
• Must manage the regulatory strategy for all external compliance requirements
• Lead the quality program
• New division within the company with a real chance to implement your own culture and policies and really make a mark on a multi £billion company.
• Frequent travel to overseas offices to liaise with MPD team

Desired Skills and Experience:

• A University degree in food science / Biochemistry / Biology
• Previously worked with pet food products or within the Food industry
• Strong project management and managerial skills are a must
