Description
An IT Project Manager is required by my client based in Birmingham for a 3-6 month contract. The IT Project Manager is needed as there are a number of exciting IT projects running simultaneously in 2015. The IT Project Manager will oversee the delivery of projects within Applications Development.The projects in question will range from £50 - £100k in budget and will all be greater than 30 days in length. The IT Project Manager will liaise with 8 or so people in the Applications and Infrastructure teams.
The ideal IT Project Manager must have the following:
- 8+ years experience with IT Project Management
- Delivery focused with full project lifecycle background (requirements gathering to support)
- Prince II experience
- Background in the construction / retail / utilities sector would be desirable but not essential
- Knowledge of Applications Development
- Experience of working on SAP, ERP, CRM, JDE projects
