I am looking to recruit SystmOne Product specialists for an NHS organisation in Yorkshire.The Purpose of the role is to:
Evaluate clinical system change requests considering the impact on existing configuration of the systems
Contribute to development of clinical information systems to support the implementation and roll out of service improvements to meet the needs of the patients and the organisation.
Support users in the use of SystmOne to achieve high quality and value in the clinical information systems.
Work with Users to determine requirements and for the planning and implementation of excisting and future applications.
Main duties:
- Design and Development of Clinical Templates
- Install and configure SystmOne
- Advise on potential enhancements to system configuration.
- Work alongside systems trainers to develop training packages
- Work part of the SystmOne team in providing 2nd line support to users of he Trusts information systems.
- Receive, access and respond to user queries, providing problem solving support and follow-up where required.
