Description
Financial Crime Senior Manager required for a Tier 1 Bank based in London.You will be working as part of a specialist financial crime audit function that covers all regions and product lines for this global bank. As a senior member of this financial crime audit team you will be leading audits with the help of junior team members. These junior team members will report directly into you.
The role holder will be seen as a true financial crime subject matter expert. Due to your expert knowledge of financial crime you will be approached by various areas of the business and various levels of stakeholders for complex queries relating to audits being conducted on areas of financial crime controls for the bank.
Audit experience is not a pre-requisite. You can be from a monitoring, risk, controls assurance background as these are all transferable skills. A high level understanding of an audit life cycle will suffice. Guidance on leading an audit will be provided so please don't worry about that. You do however require strong financial crime knowledge.
Requirements:
Strong financial crime subject knowledge - can be 1 or more of AML, Fraud, AB&C, Sanctions.
Management experience
Degree preferred
Financial crime professional certifications preferred
