Field Support Engineer - Bristol - 6-12 Month Contract

Computer Futures are seeking a Field Support Engineer to work for a market leading client based in the Bristol area for a 6-12 month contract.

You will be responsible for field support troubleshooting for client faults and resolution on first contact where possible, dealing with queries relating to services & proactively keeping clients advised of the status of their fault or request.

The ideal candidate will have a skill set to include as many of the following:

Key Skills Required:

- Windows Server

- Good Communication skills and customer service
- Windows 7

- Key troubleshooting

- Software experience in the following: Equitrac, SafeCom, PaperCut, pCounter, Ringdale, Autostore, Ecopy.

Rate: £175 to £200 per day for 6-12 Month period.
