Description
I am currently seeking a Performance Manager to work in the East Midlands on an initial 3 - 6 month contract with a view to an extension.You will be required to do the following:
- NHS Managerial Experience
- Support senior manager to ensure that work streams are planned and managed effectively and are delivered
- Manage and develop the team's business plan, progress and reporting risk and issue management
- Build and maintain constructive relationships with all types of stakeholders
- Be part of internal and external meetings. Advise on services to provide, information and analytical advice
- Present information and issues, explaining highly complex issues
- Evaluate projects/function within identified portfolio for delivery against financial recovery/savings plans through providing sophisticated, high quality project analysis
- Ability to analyse very complex issues
- Numerate and able to understand complex financial issues combined with deep analytical skills
