Description

I am looking for a Collections & Recoveries Manager to join a top bank based in Gloucester. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.

Responsibilities-

Acts as a source of steer and expertise and input into the development of Collections & Recoveries processes, strategy and business plans

Responsible for service delivery across their stream

Responsible for control and reduction of complaint volumes within their C&R team

Build and maintain close relationships and leverage support from other business areas across operations, risk and products

Ensuring delivery fair outcomes to our customers

Ensuring adherence to business continuity planning requirements

Oversight of development and maintenance of training strategies

Experience required-

Proven collections and/or recoveries background

Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Strong influencer and negotiator at all levels

Rates- £ per day

Gloucester

Initial 3 month contract (with scope to extend)
