My global client based in Essex is looking for a experience Warehouse Manager to work on interim assignment while a permanent candidate is recruited.Role Specifics:
- Providing operational leadership to the warehouse team to delivering support to production and transport across a 24 hour operating window
- Ensuring that effective stock management is in place to meet planned demands to fulfil prescriptions and deliveries to patients, across the UK
- Stock management to minimise write offs and stock investment holdings, warehouse throughput £1 million pound per day
- To act as part of the Operations leadership team and contribute to decision making and planning activities
Key Skills:
You will be a high calibre Warehouse Operations Manager currently working in a regulated environment (Pharma / healthcare / ecommerce / mobile phones) who can implement, set and drive a KPI driven environment.
You will be able to work in a non WMS environment, ensure picking accuracy is 99.9% and have an excellent handle on stock control.
A background or experience of change management or projects would be very valuable as would experience getting the best out of the teams you have led.
