I am looking for an experienced Environment Manager to join a top asset management firm based in London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business.Responsibilities include:
Establish and maintain appropriate project deliverables
Coordination of Environment requirements aligned to the release strategy
Assessment of Environment readiness through the Test Entry stage gates
Align Environment delivery plans with the release plan and coordinate with Configuration Management activities/lead times
Liase with Group IT environment managers to ensure the availability of environments aligned to the release plan
Coordination with the 3rd Party Manager to ensure 3rd parties Environment is available for
The candidate should have the following:
Environment management experience within a complex release based programme environment
Asset Management experience would be preferred
Strong product knowledge- fx, equities, OTC derivatives etc.
Experience of dealing with external 3rd parties and co-ordinating all required environments.
Aligning the configuration (including data) end to end.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
Proven track record of end to end lifecycle delivery.
Management with offshore locations/resources.
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a finance setting.
