I am looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join a top insurance firm based in London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new project within their business. I apologise in advance if this role is not suitable for you.Responsibilities-
Work alongside Communications Manager to formulate and implement comms strategy and engagement plan, and supporting the major change programme to deliver effective change communications.
Provide communication counsel and support to senior leaders to help drive change within the organisation and, crucially, within their teams.
Write engaging stories, speeches, event materials and cascade packs that help mobilise colleagues in support of key leadership and organisational priorities.
Identify opportunities for the use of creative video and work with agencies to create and deliver video to support communication objectives.
Develop and implement change communications plans, develop messages and tactics via a variety of channels to communicate effectively with key audiences to achieve the programme's vision, mission and intended outcomes.
Measure the effectiveness of the communications, requesting feedback and utilising feedback to shape and refine communications.
Who are we looking for?
Broad knowledge of change management communications best practices; passionate about enhancing the effectiveness of employee communications
Knowledge of communications measurement and how to use it to best effect
Demonstrable experience of delivering internal communications in a complex environment undergoing significant change
Experience in event management and project management desirable
Strategic internal communications planning expertise
Knowledge of a wide variety of communications channels and how best to use them
