Description
One of my NHS clients in the West Midlands are currently looking for a Clinical Coder to work on a back log of case notes.You will be joining a very successful coding team who have shown quality coding is key and are used to working with a mix of contractors and permanent staff so feeling welcome and fitting in with the team will be a easy and stress free transaction.
You must be able to supply reliable, accurate and up-to-date clinical coding using ICD 10 & OPCS and have some NHS experience.
This is a great opportunity for anyone in the Clinical Coding marketplace that wants a steady flow on contracts and get paid market rates or above.
Essential:
- Clinical Coding experience within a NHS environment is vital
- Have a ACC qualification
- You must have had partaken in a refresher course within the last 3 years
- Knowledge of Coding Systems such as Medicode, Citrix, Compucare, Simplecode or PAS systems
Desirable.
- Have access to your own smart card and books
