NHS Contracts Manager - AcuteI am working alongside a highly reputable & very well respected NHS CCG based in London who are looking for an interim Contracts Manager for an initial 2 month contract to manage the acute portfolio.
The role will be paying £350-£400 per day depending on experience.
The portfolio is 330million pounds & you will be assisting on the day to day management of the portfolio as well as potential negotiation where needed.
The day to day duties of the Contracts Manager will be:
- Day to day management of multiple high value acute contracts
- Ensuring smooth running of the contracts function & liaising with performance & finance teams
- Implementing change where needed
- Ensuring providers are adhering to all aspects of contracts & ensuring any issues are resolved
- Ensuring notes from meetings are to a very high standard & logged accordingly
- Advising Contract Support Officers on all aspects of contract management
Requirements for the Contracts Manager post:
- Acute contracts experience is essential
- Experience of negotiating high value NHS contracts
- Proven background in managing multiple contracts at any one time
- Experience of managing a similar portfolio of 300+million will be ideal
- Performance management experience
- Project management will be ideal
- Relationship building skills
- Persuasive nature
- Very well organised
