**** Multi-Skilled Engineer Needed ASAP ************* Interview next week - Immediate Start
I am working for a global company based in London looking to recruit for a multi - skilled engineer - 3 month rolling contract. Pref (50/50 mechanical + electrical)
Must have very good PLC knowledge - Siemens step 5 or 7, Allen Bradley or Mitsubishi.
Experience with automated conveyors.
Please note shift work is required for this position.
Rate = £20 - 25.
Daily Role:
- To complete all predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance work.
- Develop and implement improvement improvement plans for allocated equipment to increase efficiency and availability.
- Initiates root cause analysis investigations into plant upsets and equipment malfunctions following escalation from the shift technicians, and implement corrective actions.
Practice good housekeeping (S5) in every aspect of the job.
Key Skills:
- Experience within the FMCG food and beverages sector - preferential not essential.
- Ability to integrate a PLC programme essential - experience of Siemens S5/S7 - if not Allen Bradley and/or Mitsubishi will be sufficient.
- Awareness of lean tools and application.
- Awareness of health, safety and environmental issues.
