SAP Business Analyst Required - Contract - Hertfordshire £380 per day.SAP Business Analyst required for one of our end users who is currently embarking on a brand new SAP programme.
*Analysing and documenting the 'as is' business processes to support the definition of the 'to be' business processes, to deliver solutions to best fit the business need.
*Gathering and documenting functional requirements on the requirements matrix throughout the process for management and tracking.
*Support the Business Process Owners during the 'to be' process and solution design phase
*To be process workshops and validation
*Validation of business functional requirements against the solution design and specifications
*Support as required to the build and implementation of the SAP functional footprint.
*SRM / bespoke supplier portal. We would also consider people with strong order to cash skills.
*Support other project business analysts on
*Inventory
*Ordering and invoicing
*Support as required to other elements of the Project
*Testing
*Cutover
*Data Migration
*Reporting
*Workflow
*Responsible for collating data sources, analysing data quality, remediation of data quality issues and then working with Data Analyst(s) to ensure quality data is migrated to the new solution..
*Be the point of contact between the Business Process Owners and the partner consultants to challenge and ensure that the solution is 'fit for purpose', and that the business gets the most out of the implemented solution.
*Liaising proactively with the testing and technical services teams to ensure they are fully communicated with throughout.
*Assisting the end user to exploit the system effectively and gain a clearer understanding of the benefits
*Assist in training users, as appropriate, providing post-implementation support
*Peer review of business analysis documentation as appropriate
