RF Design, RF, Electronics, DSP, SystemsI am currently looking for an RF systems engineer to join a major client of mine on a new project. You will be tasked as the technical lead for this particular part of the project and be given responsibility of the RF design of a brand new electronics component.

Job Type: Contract
Location: Southampton
Duration: 2-3 months (Initially)
Rate: £35 - £43 p/h
You will need to take a detailed systems requirement and create design concepts with estimates and programme planning.
You will also require the ability to obtain basic clearance for the role, if you have security clearance that would be advantageous.
Skills Needed:
- RF system design
- Specification or design of RF systems operating up to 18GHz
- Familiarity with high sampling rate ADC/DAC technology
- Knowledge of DSP techniques and hardware
Desirable:
- Understanding of EW techniques
- Systems including FPGA technology
- Hardware in loop applications
- Real time application
- Security clearance
