A key client of mine is seeking an interim solution to fulfil the position of E-Rostering Project Manager within a Mental Health Trust in the West Midlands on a short term contract (potential to extend.)To be considered, the successful E-rostering Project Manager must have the following skills:
Experience of Allocate E-rostering implementation within a Mental Health Trust.
Stakeholder Engagement
Training, coaching and supporting the end users on the E-rostering system
Monitoring, maintaining and reviewing the E-rostering system.
The successful candidate will have experience of implementing E-rostering or have significant EPR implementation experience within a Mental Health Trust.
PLEASE NOTE: The E-rostering Project Manager role involves liaising with nurses and clinicians and translating to the systems and working towards a competency framework.
