IT Management Consultant - Sourcing Strategy / Operational Change - This is a long term contract opportunity for an experienced Consultant to join a global Financial Services company. The role will involve supporting a key business area by developing future skill sourcing strategies to support business plans and growth.Role and Responsibility;
- Develop skill sourcing strategies (onshore / offshore)
- Create operating models aligned to IT operations and functions
- Regular reporting to senior management
- Define and develop strategies to support IT deliverables
- Increase change capacity
Skills and Experience;
- 5+ years Management Consulting experience
- Development of Onshore / Offshoring concepts
- Good understanding of IT organisational structures
- Experience developing business operating models
- English is a must
