Senior Virtualisation Engineer - Contract - CornwallSenior Virtualisation Engineer is required for a 3 month contract in Cornwall.
Type: 3 Month Contract
Rate: £200-£300 per day dependant on experience
Location: Bristol
Start Date: May 2015
You will be working within a small team of infrastructure engineers maintaining and deploying a number of system upgrades. You will be apart of business change programme. You will also have 5+ years' commercial experience of Microsoft deployments, rollouts & migrations while having experience of implementing a range of server or security devices, low level designs and configuration & troubleshooting. You will also be working on multiple projects and will have to juggle your time accordingly while carrying our BAU of legacy systems.
Qualifications/Experience
Essential:
- Active Directory - Very good knowledge of AD 2003, 2008R2 (must have good group policy knowledge.
- General server knowledge of Windows Server 2003, 2008, Exchange 2003, 2010 and Office 365
OS upgrade contractor - managing and performing migration / in-place upgrades from 2003 to 2008
- Hyper V
- Good Communicator
