RF ENGINEER (LTE)
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunication company, for a RF Engineer (LTE), to join their project in Turkey.
Position Title: RF Engineer (LTE)
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: May 2015.
Location: Turkey

Responsibilities:
- RF optimisation for an LTE national rollout/swap project.
- Drive test reporting, KPI monitoring, Benchmarks.
- First line diagnostics, resolving site issues.
- Support the project staff with guidelines and supervision.
- Technical training, combining theory with practice.
- Technical reports, configuration database maintenance.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 1+ years of Huawei/Ericsson equipment/LTE optimization and planning experience.
- LTE swap/rollout experience.
- Nastar, Optimi, and similar optimization and tools.
- Experience with radio planning tools such as Atoll, and Map info etc.
- Parameter optimization experience.
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin) is a big plus.
