Description
As part of a challenging SAP Finance Transformation program, our Client is now looking for several SAP Finance Consultants to join the team on a long term basis in Barcelona, Spain. Our client will be particularly interested in candidates with deep experience in some of the following fields. You should have at least 8 solid years of SAP Finance experience with ideally a business background as accountant. Fluent English is mandatory. Start within 1 month from offer acceptable.
1) SAP FI-GL/New GL: General Ledger Accounting: leading ledger and non-leading ledgers, local ledger, US GAAP reconciliation, local GAAP, setting up and managing different sets of books, documents splitting. You should have solid experience setting up base ledger, update the cost center and consolidation and running Non-leading ledgers activated by company code.
2) SAP FI-AA: Asset Accounting, Fixed Asset, Tax Book, statutory issues, text book, local depreciation rates, Master data (asset maintenance), Basic valuation functions, Transactions, such as asset acquisitions and retirements.
3) SAP FI- GL/New GL/Subledgers: Reconciliation of General Ledger and Subledgers; review, setup, eventually redesign the chart of accounts, guarantee the integration between the subledgers (Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable) and the General Ledger. Make sure that the system posts the transaction to the corresponding reconciliation account in the General Ledger automatically.
4) SAP VAT: global review and eventually redesign of the SAP VAT, tax solution for Sales tax, Use tax, Value Added tax, and GST automation.
5) SAP Finance Cross-Company/Inter-company transactions, cross charge, movement of companies, triangulation flows, Financial Accounting, General Ledger Accounting, Business transactions, Prepare cross-company code transactions,
