Quality Assurance and Customer Care Engineer

Endeavour Recruitment has a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced Quality Assurance and Customer Care Engineer, to work for our client in Antwerp.

Our client is looking for an English speaking Quality Assurance and Customer Care Engineer to work with a leading institution, in the Antwerp. The project is ongoing with contracts being on a 6 month rolling basis.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Understanding of common IT and SW concepts
  • Hands on experience with IP Routers/gateways and IP Networks in general
  • Understanding basic concepts of the following applications and their underlying technologies: VoIP, IP Understanding of mobile technologies (3G/4G, LTE) is considered a plus
  • TV and DLNA/UPnP AV
  • Understanding of the following technologies: Ethernet, VLAN, Bash.

Location: Antwerp

Rate: Up to €400 per day, depending on experience.
