IT Project Manager/DWH/Application Mgmt-Sweden-6 months - ASAP
I am currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager with good knowledge in Data warehousing and expert knowledge with Application Mangagement for our customer in Stockholm, Sweden, for a 6 months (+) assignment, Start ASAP.
The Operational Change Manager will have the main responsibility to ensure that the decided new and/or adjusted operational processes introduced in the Common Data warehouse Operation and development is followed according to intention. It is critical to define and agree clear responsibilities for the various sub processes and agree on KPI target and be the driver to adjust processes as the surroundings changes.
Thus it is a clear responsibility in cooperation with the line managers to introduce and establish KPI reporting to be able to measure progress and quality improvement over time.
An Operational Change Manager is assigned to the Information Factory within the Group Function Simplification Programme.
The candidate must/should have the following:
- 8+ years of experience with IT projects (MUST)
- 3+ years as Business PM (MUST)
- Preferably PMI (PMP level) or IPMA (level B) certified or equivalent (MUST)
- Operational Line Manager in a system development department - preferable software vendor
- Setting up and daily follow-up of performance reporting within and system development
- Data Warehouse knowledge and experience from development of Data Warehouse platforms
- Assignments as project manager in IT or business related change projects
It is an advantage to also have:
- Teradata experience
Experience with benchmarking productivity and performance within a system development department
