Job Description
Discover, develop and qualify sales leads for high-tech products and solutions.
• Perform outbound calls to prospects
• Discuss technology needs with decision makers and influencers
• Qualify contacts as leads using BANT criteria
• Document call details for sales reps

Required Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with the following characteristics:
• Ability to establish instant rapport with senior managers
• Sophisticated knowledge of IT
• Ability to think in real time and follow the needs of the exec
• Outbound calling or sales experience
• Ability to hold non-scripted conversations with C-level executives
• Hunter mentality to seek out leads
• Self-managed, results-driven

Company Description
Our client is a business-to-business marketing firm employing 60 people. They help companies market and sell high-tech solutions and services. Located in Alpharetta, Georgia, they have been in business since 1989.

Other Details
May earn privilege of working from home after probationary period.
30-40 hours per week, 9:00AM to 6:00PM Monday-Friday
Callers usually stay for at least a quarter, with potential to stay on longer, depending on performance.
We assign work based on performance. Reps who deliver quality leads will continue to be assigned work.
Expectation of at least 1 lead per week
