Description
We are looking for an experienced VoLTE (Voice-over- LTE) Implementation Project Manager for our customer, located in Oslo, Norway.
VoLTE Implementation Project Manager main focus will be core network testing as well as the planning, coordination, installation and implementation of customer's VoLTE network. The successful candidate will ensure that all phases of the project, including the analysis and selection, network architecture and design, interconnection and dimensioning, equipment ordering, and installation and integration are properly planned and executed, on time, on cost and with quality.
Main task and responsibilities:
- Successful, proactive and autonomous project management of all the projects under own responsibility
- Ensuring Projects are delivered on time, within the budget, and with quality
- Timely and accurate project reporting
- Creating and maintaining Project Roadmap
- Adequate and timely project forecasting, budgeting and resource planning
- Focus on continued improvements and efficiencies
- Close cooperation and interaction with Engineering activities
Skills and requirements:
- Project manager with LTE and Core network experience
- Experience in VoLTE related activities and projects
- Strong technical knowledge, expert functionality with MS Office and related planning tools and proven project management/coordination skills
- PMP certification will be considered as an advantage
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- Scandinavian language knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly business oriented, well structured, self-driven, and energetic person, with a focus on results
- Excellent analytical thinking skills and strong attention to detail
