I am currently recruiting for a key client who requires a quantity surveyor to start as soon as possible.This is a 3 Day a Week contract, however there is scope for additional project work to increase this.
I am keen to speak to qualified quantity surveyors regarding this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- To assist in the commercial and contractual aspects of the project
- Financial monitoring and reporting
- Assisting suitable construction contracts with clients
- Ensuring proper administration of the contract requirements
- Ensure prompt submission of invoices
- Develop the team through training and mentoring
- Responsible for quantity surveying staff
- Contribute to the formulation of the Monthly financial reports.
