Are you a Helpdesk Lead/ Manager looking to get into Service Delivery? This is the role for you!
I am currently working with a leading Cloud, Managed Support, Communications and Technology consultancy and a recognised pioneer of migrating organisations towards Public and Private Cloud solutions either developed internally or by partnering with magic quadrant vendors.
They have grown drastically over the past year and now operate out of 3 offices across 24 countries with over 100 clients which is continue to develop and grow. They current have over 110 projects running and have added nearly 20 clients in the past year!
The successful Service Manager will be working with new and existing clients, on-boarding and dealing with BAU and transitions. You will be client facing; so excellent communication is a must.
The environment is fast paced and quite hectic due to the growth, the service management is a new layer they have brought into the structure and you would be likely to have between 10-20 corporate clients to look after.
You would be dealing with Incident & Problem management as well as putting SLA's in place with new clients. The client you would be working with would be Enterprise Clients of around 50-350 users from a range of industries from FS, legal etc
Skills:
Worked your way up through a Helpdesk
Ideally be Team Leading/Managing a Helpdesk currently
Windows/ Cloud technical experience
My client are looking for someone to step into their first Service Delivery/ Account Management role who has come from a technical background and worked their way up into management.
