Description
Responsibilities:Work with customer to identify new network requirements to support business requirements.
Perform detailed design for new solutions.
Develop account annual strategic plan.
Address performance/capacity issues as identified by the performance/capacity analyst.
Perform equipment and software life cycle management for end of sale and end of support.
Provide leadership and technical support of chronic service outages.
Identification of root cause of major outages.
Support Customer Disaster Recovery requirements and testing.
Presentation of Complex Network Changes and assist with device configurations (if required) for critical/complex network projects.
Work with vendor (Cisco, Juniper) for complex device configuration requirements.
