Description
Purpose of the Senior Finance Project Manager role:
The successful candidate will support Senior Design & Change Managers in the design, change, management and delivery of the Insurance Finance Business & Enterprise Architecture.
Senior Finance Project Manager Key responsibilities:
o Knowledge of Assets and Funds systems within Insurance Finance
o Build, configuration and/or maintenance of rules engine tools
o Detailed analysis of Insurance Finance systems: in terms of systems, processes, data, reporting and people capabilities.
o Identifying gaps and understanding the options available to move the current capability forward.
Senior Finance Project Manager Essential Experience:
o Asset/Fund management experience
o Ideally experience of Assurance accounting
o Working with Finance and ideally within a Finance department.
o Strong stakeholder management at all levels of the business.
o Requirements Gathering, Process Analysis and Improvement
Senior Finance Project Manager Competencies:
o Excellent Analytical & Process re-engineering skills
o Excellent understanding of Finance systems and processes
o Creative thinking around solutions and designs
