Description
My client is one of the UK's largest banking groups and is looking for a 'Compliance and Regulatory Policy Review Manager' to assist with the delivery of risk and legal components of the Banking Licence, IRB Waiver and to stand up the Risk and Legal function. The 'Compliance and Regulatory Policy Review Manager' will review and update all Bank wide policies to ensure they are compliant with the latest regulatory guidelines.
The successful candidate will:
* Have extensive experience in a Regulatory Role, including within the Retail Bank environment;
* Hold significant knowledge of and understanding of the Regulatory landscape;
* Have a proven track record of working in a difficult, challenging and changing environment;
* Track record of working under their own initiative with little guidance or support.
