My customer is a market leading semiconductor customer, this role is within the RF Small Signal division of this company.
The Role
- Optimizing & execution of the Pricing policy for the existing business and NPI
- Quote and price mngt & optimization; incl. Regional Target & stop price setting, pricebook maintenance, Model N setting, based on analytics and market insights
- Independent Recommendation of Contract negotiations for Strategic and Key customer base
- Drive strategic pricing topics to further optimize and develop our pricing strategy: Independent Product Margin Management analysis and improvements
- Regular reporting into the BL MT
- Market intelligence
- Market intelligence reporting
- Profound knowledge of the market of our customers to analyse and interpret trends to the benefit of pricing and planning processes
- Alignment with strategic and key customers and GSM to establish common market knowledge: COD
- Regular reporting into the BL MT
- Design-Win
- Design Win reporting and Approvals
- Check, challenge and improve quality of input
- Design-win target setting with regions and tracking/analysis of progress to target
- Keep track of main design-wins and use as input for planning processes
- Regular reporting into the BL MT
- Marketing support
- DOD announcements
- Samples and demoboards:
The Individual
- 7-10 years relevant working experience.
- Experience with sales, supply chain, marketing processes in high tech/electronics business-to-business environment.
- Experience with customer negotiations is a plus
