Description
Real Staffing is currently working closely with our banking client to assist them in the recruitment of additional members for their Operational Risk function.This role sits in a new team focusing on providing assurance an all aspects of the Operational Risk Framework, making sure it is implemented correctly across the bank and is operating across all business functions.
Using your detailed knowledge of Operational Risk Management you will be involved in testing key controls around Risk identification, Risk Events and Key scenarios.
You will be working with key stakeholders within the business units to complete conformance reviews and to discuss any findings and remedial actions required - you need to be able to deliver key messages effectively. Ideally you also need to be able to cope with volumes of data and provide timely reporting as required.
This role offers a great opportunity for an experienced Operational Risk professional to play a key part in assessing the success of the implementation of the Operational Risk framework across the bank, as well as the opportunity to get in early in the creation of a team and help shape it for the future.
