- Review Migration Strategy document
- Define change control model
- Define go/no go criteria for Dress Rehearsal
- Issue communications for Dress Rehearsal
- Define go/no go criteria for Live
- Approve go/no go criteria for Live
- Issue communications for Live
- Confirm logistics for Live
- Create Live back-out plan
- Review Live back-out plan
- Back-out plan approved
- Speak English and Spanish
- Experience of Implementation in a cards environment
- Manage Stop/Start and FOV (First Occurrence Validation) for both client portfolios
