Your tasks:
- Performing operations on various technical platforms
- Investigation and correction of system level problems
- Definition and/or creation of system security policies, checklists, change and problem management procedures as well as procedures for backup and data security
- Creation of procedures, escalation processes and rules for handling exceptional situations (Recovery/Restart)
Your qualifications
- Fluent in German and advanced English
- Technical experience in 2nd level support of manufacturing and laboratory systems
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Strong technical skills in different operating systems
