Description

My consultancy client are currently looking for an experienced service management test lead to work on a smart metering implementation programme. Working as the lead test analyst you will be testing service management processes (incident management, change management, release management etc) as well as the assurance of testing being delivered by the service desk supplier and delivery of the installer training approach and field force service. You will be managing all phases of the testing life cycle including preliminary integration testing, system integration testing and user integration testing. For this role you must have experience of testing service management processes and of testing service desk solutions (Remedy). Experience of HP ALM, ISEB and ITIL qualified would be a distinct advantage.
