Service Delivery Manager

Service Delivery Manager required for a 6months + contract position with a top Blue chip client

Key skills

Reviewing and approving major changes to go-live
Working with suppliers for the Daily Status Review call on the P1/P2 tickets for the EMEA region
Reviewing and creating Service requestss for the necessary new requirements
Working with EMEA divisional BPOs and power users closely for the issues/concerns on the respective business processes to have the necessary support from suppliers
Keep a track of high priority issues/incidents, P1, P2 tickets till resolution confirmation
Working with Servicedesk team on communication protocols and issues reporting in case of escalated issues
Reporting the status updates to management on high priority issues
Working closely with Global ERP SDM and APAC SDM on operational issues
Reviewing and approving the POs for EMEA Service requests
Working closely with business SMEs on NGT LM area
