Voice Engineer

Our client is a bank with international approach located in Zurich. The firm offers a very professional environment where you will have the chance to use your skills within an experienced team.

We are looking for a contractor/consultant with strong exposure to the banking and/or financial services industry having worked in a similar role.

Tasks
  • Working on a Unified communication Project
  • Due replacement of Avaya to Unified Communication Solution
  • Applying changes (Soft-MAC) in the area of Cisco CUCM
  • 2nd and 3rd level support for Voice and Voice Recording
  • Perform firmware upgrades on Voice Gateway's and IP phones
  • Test new features of VoIP and voice recording solutions
  • Definition of concepts for new or changing client requests
  • Ensure thorough documentation


Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of voice -and voice recording, preferably knowledge of Cisco CUCM and Avaya CS1000, as well as NICE and ASC Voice Recording
  • Expertise in voice recording as well as in the telecom architecture
  • Project-experience in an international environment
  • CCNA Voice Certification is a strong asset
  • Previous work-experience in Banking is desirable
  • Outstanding communication skills and experience
  • Fluent in German & English (written & spoken) is a must


This is a fantastic contract opportunity to join a leading financial firm, working within an exciting and fast paced environment.

The assignment duration is planned until end of this year.
