Campaign, Marketing, Assistant Manager, financial services, credit cardI currently have an urgent role for a Campaign/Marketing Assistant Manager to fall primarily under direct marketing. This is for a new exciting additional project my client has for someone to join a current team of 8. This campaign is to notify existing customers of changes they are making to their credit cards.
Ideally we are looking for financial services experience.
Duration: initial 6 - 12 months

Job description:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns targeted at existing credit card customers to help achieve overall card targets
Role profile:
- Help develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, targeted at existing credit card customers, across a variety of channels - DM, email, online
- Effective management of external creative and media agencies to ensure delivery of high quality, on brief marketing campaigns
- Accountable for the management, forecasting and reporting of allocated marketing budget
- Accountable for undertaking evaluation/ROI analysis of marketing campaigns to drive greater efficiencies and increase performance
- Ensure that all marketing activity adheres to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
- Relevant campaign management experience
- Previous experience of working effectively with external creative agencies
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in building relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Clear strength in planning, organising and project management
- Experience in campaign budget management
- Experience in post campaign evaluation
- Knowledge of financial services marketing, ideally credit cards
- Comfortable working effectively in a Matrix environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving capability
- Strong customer and market insight capability
- High level of drive, energy and personal commitment to success
