Process Engineer CMP or Dielectrics

A Global Semiconductor organisation based in The Netherlands currently require a Process Engineer to join their team. The successful Process Engineer will be responsible for all process related issues on assigned tools and technologies. Your main tasks will be supporting the manufacturing organisation, sustaining current work flows and improving the departments engineering process.

The Role:
• Work in the equipment and process engineering section, support all process related activities
• Support the process with assigned tools including AMAT CMP or AMAT Dielectric (Mirra’s and Centura’s)
• Analyse tool and machine data, SPC, Yield Management, Monitoring and Improvement
• Work closely with the team, coach technicians and operators in best practice
• You will have sustaining tasks where you take care of hold lots, reduction of OOC’s and defectivity issues
• Define and execute improvement activities using Key Performance Indicators

Experience Required:
• Experience in Chemical Mechanical Polishing or Dielectrics Deposition processes in the semiconductor industry
• Familiar with AMAT CMP tools or AMAT dielectric tools
• Analytical skills, problem solving techniques, etc
• Result driven
• Good communication skills
• Organization skills
