Description

An opportunity exists for an exprrienced Sales Manager to join a highly successful organisation who provide a variety of Engineering services for rotating machinery in the Wind Industry and others.

Role:

The role will be focused on selling products and services to Wind Turbine owners/operators and end users for other machinery.

The position will be expected to ensure consistent,profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning and deployment. You will identify objectives,strategies and actions to improve short and long term sales and earnings.

Lead sales for key accounts for scaling products and services including Wind turbine monitoring.

Identify in the account base,opportunities for the engineering consulting team to develop consulting and field services sales.

Maintain sales forecast (via Salesforce) in the UK,Western and Southern EU region

Experienced Required:

A proven track record of sales in the Wind or Oil & Gas industry

Strong quality network with senior and exec level

Good problem solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.

Ability to lead and motivate the Sales team

Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies

Degree in Engineering or equivalent
