An exciting 3 month opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a super brand based in Walsall.
The Finance manager will be expected to drive and take ownership of financial control, financial process and reporting. Own the provision of full and accurate financial information (both revenue and costs), alongside providing financial support, guidance, insight and challenge.
Experience;
*Qualified accountant with post qualification experience
*Proven track record in team leadership
*Financial Modelling Skills
*Strong Analytical skills
*Good understanding of relevant commercial disciplines
*Excellent relationship management and influencing skills
*Excellent organisational skills
*Ability to assimilate information and make decisions quickly
*Able to challenge constructively
*Strong communications skills - written and verbal
*Good coaching and staff development skills
