CASS Project Manager
Opportunity for a Project Manager with solid CASS experience to coordinate all aspects of the successful implementation of and adherence to CASS/Client Money rules across the Private Banking Division of one of the world's leading Investment Banks.
The Project Manager will report into and support the Co-Chairs of the CASS Working Group and partner with key stakeholders across the Front Office, various product and functional areas as well as the CASS Governance Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage multiple regulatory workstreams within the Private Bank.
- Project manage all aspects of the CASS Working Group, including establishing the agenda, drafting of minutes as well as creation of the tracking framework to ensure transparency and accountability of actions to key functional areas
- Establishing CASS implementation framework across the Private Bank ensuring CASS obligations are being met to a high standard, including working with Operations and the product programmes
- Partner with Legal, Compliance and the CASS Governance Office to establish the aspects of CASS/Client Money rules that impact the bank.
- Timely and accurate production of key MIS to ensure transparency of progress against key milestones.
- Implement strong control and governance framework around all aspects of CASS implementation.
- Partner with Compliance and key stakeholders in determining and implementing the appropriate training requirements.
- Partner with Legal and CASS Governance office to devise and implement a framework to ensure client assets are segregated at all times.

Knowledge/Experience:
- Strong Private Banking & Financial Services experience.
- Strong project management skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory framework, especially CASS and Client Money rules would be beneficial but not mandatory.
- Understanding of front to back operations would be beneficial.
- Ability to consistently deliver work to a high standard.
