We have a vacany for a Customer Care Engineer with mcBSC platform knowledge to support a project in Ireland.
Job Description/Key Tasks:
- the candidate needs to have Nokia mcBSC platform knowledge (this need is 2G)
- ability to work in a care environment
- Customer focus (proven Customer interface experience)
- good communication skills
Technical Competence Areas:
- mcBSC knowledge mandatory
- or excellent Flexi BSC and Linux knowledge
