We have a vacany for a Customer Care Engineer with mcBSC platform knowledge to support a project in Ireland.

Job Description/Key Tasks:

  • the candidate needs to have Nokia mcBSC platform knowledge (this need is 2G)
  • ability to work in a care environment
  • Customer focus (proven Customer interface experience)
  • good communication skills

Technical Competence Areas:

  • mcBSC knowledge mandatory
  • or excellent Flexi BSC and Linux knowledge

Applicants must be eligible to work in Ireland.
