SAP Service Delivery Manager required for a 12 Month contract in Spain
Experience & role:
- Reviewing and approving major changes to go-live.
- Working with suppliers for the Daily Status Review call on the P1/P2 tickets for the EMEA region
- Reviewing and creating Service requests for the necessary new requirements.
- Working with EMEA divisional BPOs and power users closely for the issues/concerns on the respective. business processes to have the necessary support from suppliers.
- Keep a track of high priority issues/incidents, P1, P2 tickets till resolution confirmation.
- Working with Service desk team on communication protocols and issues reporting in case of escalated issues.
- Reporting the status updates to internal management on high priority issues
- Working closely with Global ERP SDM and APAC SDM on operational issues.
- Reviewing and approving the POs for EMEA Service requests.
- Working closely with business SMEs on NGT LM area
Rate - € per day based in Pamplona.
