Customer/Technical Project Manager. Nokia mcBSC platform.
Network consolidation project based in Ireland requires a Customer/Technical PM to work on a contract basis. You must be eligible to work in Ireland (EU passport holder).
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and provide expert support service
- Lead complex technical activities such as SW upgrades. technical audits and Swaps.
- To be responsible for technical support in early product release phases (pilots, trials and early projects).
- Implement para-metering in subsystems, understand KPIs. improve end to end performance.
- Project Management duties (planning of sub project, technical manager substitute, managing subcontractors).
- Network expansion to multi-interface level.
- lead and plan technical/customer system acceptance.
- perform installation and commissioning activities.
- network expansion activities.
- technical acceptance activities.
The successful candidate will illustrate: mcBSC Care profile.
This means it is essential that you illustrate in your CV Nokia mcBSC platform knowledge and ability to work in a care environment (Customer focus, good communication skills). Experience in a technical management or project manager level role.
