YOUR ROLE

Your typical day as the Senior campaign Manager/Analyst will include:

  • Have full responsibility of campaign planning, campaign execution and campaign evaluation.
  • Manage the delivery of accurate, regular and timely DM campaign reporting and dashboards to key stakeholders.
  • Deliver campaign insight to enable understanding of DM campaign performance
  • Identify and extract relevant information and data from various sources to provide actionable insight
  • Assess factors that will influence customer engagement and usage and key metrics.
  • Develop the business story working with the analyst to effectively communicate to business partners
  • Working closely with business partners across the world including finance and analytics teams
  • Have the ability to see from the customer's perspective and have an understanding of the customer experience.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You're a driven and self-motivated with a hands on approach
  • Experience of using Unica (IBM).
  • Confidence to challenge stakeholders with well-developed communication skills.
  • Proven ability to clearly define a problem collating information, analysing the results and presenting findings.
  • Thrives working across multiple teams and being involved in key areas
  • Resilient and dedicated nature
  • Proactive attitude
  • You're personable and build connections with contacts with a natural ease.

The day rate offered is £.00 per day dependent on experience.

LOCATION - Hertfordshire 5 DAYS A WEEK.
