Stress Engineer required to perform the below tasks:
Carry out full range of mechanical and system level analyses and investigations, including evaluation, selection of technical options, and prepare supporting reports.
Very experienced in the field of:
Composites (monolithic, honeycombs) and non-metallic materials analysis.
Mechanisms & Multi-body Dynamic analysis.
Dynamic & Vibration analysis.
Fatigue analysis.
Linear & Non-Linear Static & dynamic FE Analysis.
Carry out analysis investigations into a full range of problems using classical calculations and analytical tools.
Take a lead role for assigned analysis activities.
Act as a focal point of contact within team within sphere of expertise.
Make engineering decisions within own sphere of responsibility and delegated authority.
The successful candidate will have the below skills:
Deep Fundamental knowledge of:
Composites (monolithic, honeycombs) and non-metallic materials analysis.
Supporting knowledge in one or more analytical competencies:
Dynamic & Vibration Analysis.
Linear & Non-Linear Static Analysis.
Excellent problem identification and solving skills.
Experienced in classical and Finite Element Analysis and preferably has used extensively from the following toolset, NASTRAN, PATRAN, MathCAD, Pro/Engineer, RADIOSS, ADAMS, Hyperworks, MSC Fatigue, Marc, Laminate Modeller.
Candidates must be willing to undergo a security vetting procedure.
