We are looking for a Systems Engineer in CO, details:
Location: Denver, CO

The candidate works on assignments of a diverse scope where analysis of data and infrastructure requires evaluation of identifiable factors. The candidate exercises judgment within the generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and acts as a liaison between customers, departments, and within the organization to lead problem resolution.
Essential duties for the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Provide advanced hardware and software administration and technical support related to SCCM OSD engineering and best practices.
Provide advanced hardware and software administration and technical support related to MBAM Microsoft Bitlocker Administration and Monitoring best practices.
Provide technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of SCCM OSD and MBAM tools; serve as customer contact on technical service related to SCCM OSD and MBAM problems.
Create and maintain technical documentation around SCCM OSD and MBAM installation, support, and troubleshooting. Create and maintain technical documentation around specialized test equipment and diagnostic aids in resolving technical problems.
Create and conduct technical training and skills development for field service technicians
Investigate SCCM/OSD and MBAM system problems and provide solutions using specific product knowledge, system utilities, and operating environment.
Process timely and accurate information to ensure compliance with SCCM/OSD best practices.
Provide regular, accurate, and timely feedback regarding customer requirements which shall include supervising assignments and maintaining timely communication with sales, operations, and branch office personnel.
Utilize problem management database and systems to track and report on customer calls and requests.
Communicate technical information to technical and non-technical team and customers.
Conduct and manage business in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures including:
o Maintaining a high standard of business and ethical conduct with our customers, vendors, and employees
o Following workplace operating and environmental, health and safety procedures and guidelines.

Experience:
8+ years advances engineering background
SCCM OSD )
MBAM Microsoft Bitlocker Administration and Monitoring
Remote Encryption Desktop Deployment and Management
Image Creation, Management, and Tools
Application Packaging, Management, and Tools
Expert knowledge of windows (XP/7)
Expert Knowledge of AD and GPO
Strong communication and customer satisfaction support
Certifications/Trainings:
MCTS SCCM
MCSE Desktop Infrastructure
Advanced Automated Administration with Windows Powershell
MBAM
Admin Studio
