Our client, a large and well established, market leading financial services organisation is undertaking a major project. The nature of the project, is such that, it will have a significant impact on the businesses current processes and work-flows. They seek a proactive Implementation Manager that has experience working with on complex operational change.
Key Tasks:
- Business Change Roll-Out strategy
- Devising an Implementation Approach
- Post Go-Live support
- Training materials, training delivery
- Communications approach and delivery to colleagues
- Scheduling of events
- Live Trials
Skills Needed:
- Background in business implementation activities
- Management of projects in excess of £2m
- Strong financial services and banking background
- Migration of accounts experience
