Description

Our client, an international company specialized in biotechnology and located in Switzerland is in the need of a Database Administrator. For this reason, we are looking for a talented professional, who is willing to be a part of this project. It will begin ASAP until March 2016.
Within the role you will be required to:
  • Ensure global master data is entered, changed and deleted based on approved change requests in all relevant systems.
  • Support maintenance of master data policy, supporting forms and work flow procedures.
  • Support data quality checks on master data and pro-actively safeguard noncompliance with
    regards to internal and external regulations and guidelines.
  • Validate completeness of data requests, ensuring all required data fields are provided and
    attributes are consistent with published standards.
  • Perform mass upload of master data and maintain documentation up-to-date.
  • Support and align with Business and IM projects regarding master data cleansing, conversion and migration.
  • Maintain user IDs of business systems.


The technical profile requirements are:
  • Experience in delivery of business applications, data management in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industry (chemical, food, ...)
  • SAP master data.
  • Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley and cGxP.
  • Professional written and verbal communication with interpersonal skills.
  • International experience.
  • High energy, adaptable, self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Language proficiencies: Fluent in both German and English is preferable.
